Vincent was able to go home now, having been released once everyone was aware he wasn't going to be scaring anyone else. He worked things out with his sister and was going through therapy daily until it turned to weekly followed by just monthly check ups on his progress. IN the matter of a month he had worked out a means of moving his legs around more. For a while he stuck to still using his chair before he felt brave enough to start using crutches. They had given him leg braces for a while with the crutches but now he was for the most part walking alright without much assistance. He had managed to keep it secret from Hunter though, still using the crutches to get around when the wolf was over to leave his now skill to walk as a surprise. They had been planning to go out now that the young witch was better, but in his mind he just wanted to make everything perfect.

With the help of Dahlia, his outfit was picked out once more only with less fuss. His sister was just as excited as the first time, glad to help and just happy to see that her brother was all smiles and getting a chance to be a normal teenager. She forced him to wait upstairs while she ran around the lower shop for Hunter to show up. Both Ashwoods were antsy and excited about how the wolf would react to the young witch that when he met could barely feel his legs was now walking and moving around as if it never happened.

Hunter dressed in black dress pants, converses and a white tank top, putting a black jacket on and combed out his hair. He had moved out of his house with his adoptive parents and started to live on hi own. He also got a new job, a much better job workinn at the tattoo shop where Jack worked, as a receptionist. He had his own apartment and decided to surprised Vincent with it after the special date that he had planned for them. He got in hiss car and headed over to Dahlia's shop.

He parked out front and turned the loud engine off, getting out aand walked up to the front door. He found Dahlia and smiled."Hey is Vincent ready?" He asked.

Vincent was just trying to stay seated where he was, his legs wanting to pace the floor until Hunter's arrival. Dahlia beamed with her mad grin, the sight a welcome after her being so drained for so long. she walked from behind the counter to greet Hunter, her hands moving to adjust his jacket as she spoke.
"Oh he just can't wait! Vivi has been so excited all day, I think you'll like his own little surprise for you. Vivi your darling is here!"
She had nearly skipped over to the staircase when she called out to her brother, her grin looking ever so insane. It wasn't a teasing kick she was getting out of this though, but a real joy that her brother was finally able to do something more, teenage-like. Taking his own breath of composure, Vincent started to make his way to the staircase. He had practiced walking along the stairs but they still made him a bit nervous. Taking his steps slowly, he kept his eyes on his feet the first few steps. He didn't pick his head up to look at hunter with his bright green eyes until he was nearly at the bottom of the staircase. A soft blush was swept across his face as he pushed his curls from his face. He felt accomplished with having walked down on his own, no chair or crutches and was happy to finally share that with Hunter.
"Um, surprise?"

He was somewhat surrpised when Dahlia said thaat Vincent had a surprised for him and looked at the staircase, wondering what it was that Vincent wanted to shoow him. He smiled at the mad grin that Dahlia had, but this grin was one of pure joy and was very curious as to what it was that she knew of this surprise. Once Vincent came down the stairs, he was honestly stunned and just watched with shocked eyes as he watched Vincent actually walk on his own. Vincent walked as if he had always walked his entire life. It was stunning to say the least and smiled in happiness at how Vincent seem at react to him knowing.

"Its a wondering surprised.....you walk as if youve always done it." He said with a bright smile.

He took a step forward and wrapped his arms arouund the other and brought him close to him, kissing his thick curls."I also have a surprise for you but you don't get it till after our date." He said and smiled.

Vincent was glad to see the bright smile on Hunter's face, feeling so happy inside he could burst. He like that he was more eye level with the wolf now, not having to strain his neck looking up at the other and just not seeming so difficult to be in contact with now. He hugged Hunter as tight as he could, having to get used to this after being in a wheel chair for so long. A wheezy chuckle left left the witch at the kiss to his curls, Dahlia only really ruining it with her over dramatic sigh watching them. Vincent blinked at hearing Hunter also had a surprise for him but it had to wait until after their date.
"Alright, but just remember I still need to pace myself with this walking deal. I'm still not too used to it as i'd like to be."
Dahlia chose then to intervene then, starting to push the boys towards the door.
"Now what are you two doing wasting time? Trying to rip my heartstrings out with how precious you boys are being? You both know the rule, just bring him back at a reasonable hour and have fun!"

A rather mad sounding laugh left her painted lips as they reached the door, the pink-haired witch nearly pushing them out the door. Vincent was only able to smile and blush a bit embarrassed at his sister's behavior, but couldn't really say much else on it.

He nodded at what Vincent said. He would take the walking easy on the other, not wanting to push the other or anything and just beamed with happiness. He felt himself being pushed to the door then and chuckled at what Dahlia had said, before walking Vincent to his car and opened the door for him of course. Once the other got in, he went to his side and got in before turning the car on.

He headed to the park, parking in a empty parking lot and lead Vincent down a beautiful trail to a open clearing that had a blanket and a picnic basket laying their as if waiting. He gave the other a smile."Figure this date me the most special out of all of them." He said and kissed Vincent, wrapping his arms around him.

Vincent smiled at Hunter chuckling at his sister pushing them out the door. He was starting to seem a bit awkward but then again this was only his second date. he got into the car as his sister waved them off, the younger witch still happy and somewhat flushed in the face. Emerald eyes suddenly looked excited at seeing that they were actually going to the park. It took everything in him not to just jump out of the car once parked and just run around for a moment as Hunter led him down a path. Vincent had never been down this way before and was a little confused until they entered an open clearing. He just stared bit surprised at the picnic set up, just grabbing onto Hunter's arm for a moment as if amazed by all this. He looked at Hunter about to say something at the comment on the date before being pulled in for a kiss. He melted into it for a moment, just grabbing onto the front of Hunter's jacket for a moment before pulling back. He was still in Hunter's arms but his blush had gotten brighter.
"And what makes this one so special?"

He smiled at the question."Guess it's a celebration.....on how good your doing and besides each date with you gets more and more special to me." He said and gave him another kiss before sitting down and pulled Vincent down with him. He started pulling things out of the picnis basket, most of it was Vincents favorite food and his.

He took his jacket off, letting the warm sun hit his bare arms and smile at how beautiful the day was."Sp what things you want to try now that you can walk?" He asked.

Vincent just smiled a bit more, hiding his eyes beneath his curls for a moment as he looked away with a blush. He wasn't expecting that sort of answer. He accepted the other's kiss again before sitting down from the tug on his arm. He watched with happy and for once non-paranoid eyes what Hunter was pulling out of the basket. Vincent wasn't honestly expecting for the other to remember his favorites food wise, but none the less didn't question it as he listened to the wolf's question. The young witch's eyes could never help getting excited about things involving him walking these days. Most found it strange but those close to him understood that this is something beautiful and nearly new for him.
"I want to try for sports again! I know it would be a bit of a push right now but I want to learn to play soccer, and to attempt to use my bike again. I really hope sis didn't throw it out. I think i might need to relearn that one though."
Vincent was seeming to back to his bubbly and happy self, almost as if he was normal and not sick in some form at all times. Though both him and dahlia had noticed that since his alignment was found he'd been getting stronger and healthier, coming to the conclusion that his lack of element was what was holding him back.

He listened at how excited Vincent got and just smiled in happiness that the other was so happy now. It also pleased him when the other didnt act all paranoid about thing like he used to. He started eatin some mashed potatoes, looking around the park for a moment and sense nobody and looked to his love."You should try but make sure ou can do it without tiring yourself out because I don't want you to get hurt." He said softy.

."What would you like to drink?" He asked.

Vincent smiled, almost in a world of his own as he noticed things about where they were. He was taking in the sounds and smells of where they were, mostly just excited that he was out of the house for once. He was used to leaving and just goin to the doctor but here, this was what he'd been dreaming of doing for months now. He gave his strange chuckle at what Hunter said, smiling over at the other.
"I know I have to pace myself, but in time I'll be normal as I can be. Maybe you can teach me how to play basketball or something too."
Vincent had taken a few bite of food before just getting water, having had enough of the sweet drinks his sister was letting him indulge in lately. He was somewhat quiet for a moment before just choosing to lay back on the blanket. He ended up just staring at the sky for a moment as he started to ramble.
"I've really missed being able to do this. No chair to get in my way, no worry about boundaries that the chair creates. I'm not stuck at home or a hospital its...wonderful."

He smiled."I would love to teach you how to play basketball." He said with a smile and took a bite out of his sandwich . Things err so
Peaceful now, after everything they had been through things seem to be getting much better than before. He laid back with the other and stared up at the sky."You can finally live your life as a teenager....." He said as if it was hard to believe but smiled in joy at this new revelation.

He sat up some and looked down at Vincent, leaning down now and kissed him deeply. He missed just going out with the other.

Vincent seemed to beam at those words. He could be normal now, well aside from never talking and the magic, but he's mostly normal. He had never really taken an interest in most of what sports held aside from soccer, but he was ready to learn and just move around again. Ag the comments on what all they'd been through, a small frown came to his face and made him run a hand over his arms. They were faint scars but they were still there along with some of the magic they held. He blinked at Hunter starting to loom over him some before he was kissed. He melted like before, smiling into the kiss. A bright blush covered his face as his hands manged to hook around hunter's neck as if to pull him closer. He broke it clearly embarrassed that he did that, though he didn't really move from where he was. Sorry wasnt exactly something to say about this but he was just being well, Vincent.

He smiled into the kiss as well and felt it finally break and looked down at Vincent with a wide smile. "Your so cute." He said and stroked the other cheek and gave him a kiss on the cheek and actually laid his head down on Vincents chest. He may been a macho wolf, but he still acted like a puppy from time to time and wanted to be close to the other.

He wrapped an arm around the witch and closed his eyes, listening to the sounds of the quiet and peaceful park. "I'm happy to he here with you." He said.

Vincent's couldn't help to get brighter at the comment, his body unable to help squirm at the kiss to his chest. He blinked at hunter just laying there using his chest as a pillow, but none the less relaxed and started to run a hand through the wolf's hair. Vincent made himself comfortable as he just stared, listening to the world around him. At the comment he couldn't help to smile at the comment, not sure what to say.
"I'm happy too. It's nice to be able to be like this."
A small chuckle left the witch, his fingers tangling into Hunter's hair. He didn't know how long they were going to be out at the park, but he was starting to get curious of what surprise Hunter had up his sleeve for the witch.
